    Important Information
    
    All the used tubs shown on our website are in our storage area awaiting preparation. In most cases, they require servicing and testing and an remedial work carried out and faults rectified.
    
    Ready to buy?
    
    If you wish to buy a tub, you will be required to pay a deposit of £200 payable via paypal, credit card or bank transfer. A Full receipt will be given for your deposit.

    Tub Servicing and Preparation
    
    Upon receipt of deposit, we will move the tub into the workshop for preparation, servicing and testing.
    
    The new cover will be ordered for it (if applicable).
    
    We will endeavour to prepare, test, service and deliver your hot tub within 10 to 14 working days from receipt of deposit however this may be longer in some instances due to workload and vehicle availability etc.
    
    Delivery charges
    
    We can deliver tubs anywhere in the UK. Delivery charges apply as follows
    
    Up to 150 Miles from YO12 - £200
    From 150 Miles to 249 Miles from YO12 - £275
    250 Miles + from YO12 - £350
    
    We have access to a hiab truck crane which is capable of lifting tubs over walls and fences. If the truck is required, a lifting charge of £150 will be applied.
    
    Warranty
    We offer a 3 months parts and labour warranty on all used tubs sold at listed price. Please read the warranty details, noting the terms of cover and the process relative to your location. Warranty details here
